Bronwen has been practicing yoga since 1979. She became a teacher in 2009 and did a two year post graduate diploma in yoga therapy in 2013 -2015. Bronwen is passionate about all aspects of Yoga, Yoga Therapy and meditation. Excitingly, she discovered AcroYoga 10 years ago in its early beginnings and became an AcroYoga teacher in 2018, the strength and team dynamics of this new type of yoga has improved her everyday mat yoga beyond expectation.
Our mat yoga is a combination of different styles inspired by the teachers Bronwen has studied with. Strains of Astanga, Hatha and Core Strength Vinyasa yoga come together to form a dynamic practice, which creates strength, flexibility and balance.
Currently, there are two classes running on Wednesday and Thursday evenings. These are open classes and anyone can pop in. The first class is FREE.
Bronwen is also a Yoga Therapist and can see people on a 1:1 basis at her small yoga studio at home. This is for people who are just starting yoga or those who have health issues, ranging from anxiety to physical problems and rehab for injuries.
